TESTING TRANSLATIONS 
-The Extended description takes precedence in the iBrochures 
-If the extended description is deleted then the original English translation should be displayed 
-The Manual Translations should not be enabled if not set in the Options tab 
-The manual Translations should override the Original description if the MT are enabled for a language that does not have MT
-The first step of the builder is for selecting the language overall for the itinerary
